新丝路模特经纪有限公司的副总裁兼艺术总监汪桂花原本是北京一家纺织厂里的女工，曾经做过绘图室里的描图员、库房保管员、土建检验员。在原单位的两年多时
间里，她频频调换了四次工作，原因是缺少兴趣和激情。1983年一次偶然的机会，经别人介绍她报考了北京纺织局产品开发室模特队，成为中国第一代模特中的
一员。由于出道就比别人年龄略大的缘故，汪桂花在模特队里常常帮助管理人员做一些辅助性的工作，不经意间积累了管理经验和组织能力。1991年后，汪桂花
淡出T台，在新丝路模特经纪公司先后担任模特教练、模特编导、模特经纪人。在十几年里，她挖掘培养了陈娟红、谢东娜、岳梅、于娜、杜鹃等一批名模。从台前
到幕后，从展现美到发现美，汪桂花见证了20多年来中国模特业的发展。</font></p>
