mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体"> </span><span style="COLOR: #302f37; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.5pt; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体">当前，白河在市中心城区段已建成四级橡胶坝，自上而下呈梯级状布置，形成长<span lang="EN-US">20</span>公里、蓄水<span lang="EN-US">2500</span>万立方米、水域面积<span lang="EN-US">1300</span>公顷的人工长湖，每年有效拦蓄利用地表水、区间水<span lang="EN-US">1</span>．<span lang="EN-US">6</span>亿立方米，已成为市中心城区工业和生活用水以及城区地下水的第一供水水源。对此，汪恕诚指出，白河橡胶坝工程的建成，有效地补充了地下水，形成了水资源的供需动态平衡，促进了水资源的可持续开发利用，不仅是市中心城区的亮点，也是我国长江以北生态城市的典范。<span lang="EN-US"></span></span></p><p /><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;
